Early-riser loading trucks part-time

Looking for an early-riser no-excuse type. 4:45 to 5 am start until 9 am. Three to five days a week maybe more hours will become available if interested. This is an ice cream truck/frozen lemonade company. The work requires some heavy lifting (40 lbs buckets of frozen lemonade) loaded onto a truck and going in and out of trucks to load frozen lemonade for the day. Ideal job for a retiree who still wants to work some part time hours and likes getting up early. Done by 9 am.
