Come join our team at New England Union Co, a family-owned manufacturer of brass pipe fittings and fluid handling products that has been in business since 1934. We currently have multiple foundry positions waiting to be filled by anyone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. No experience is necessary as all training is provided on the job. We’re looking for reliable foundry employees that can grow with us.
Starting pay is at least $15/hour but could be more based on previous experience. Not only are hard workers rewarded with raises quickly, but full health benefits are provided after 60 days. After 1 year, employees are eligible for a profit-sharing plan. If hired, employees must pass a foundry physical as there is some lifting and warm temperatures involved with the typical workday.
