Lawn Mow and Maintenance every 3 weeks

Pretty basic lawn as the pictures will show. Just need to do the ground grass. In Beacon Hill You will need your own equipment and at least be semi-professional. Looking for cleanliness and consistency since this is a pretty easy lawn to cut overall. No need to cut trees/shrub. Just everything on the ground. Big Yard Waste bin available to use on site. Let me know what you need to charge first time and to come in every 3 weeks. The pictures show them exactly as it's grown after 3 weeks. Will not get much higher than this. Please text how much you need.
