Good afternoon, We are looking for a general maintenance worker for Korvette Apartments located at 12 & Gratiot. The position involves complete and total apartment renovation, from plumbing to electrical, dry wall work, tile work, toilet replacements, light fixtures, etc. ** You must have some prior experience in apartment general labor and must be able to provide proof of your prior experience. On site, we have basic tools for the job as in: snowblowers, ladders, shop vac, utility dollys, landscaping tools etc., however you must be able to provide on the job tools from wrenches to drill bits. Along with your own transportation which can haul appliances. We are looking for a motivated worker who is up to a fairly physically demanding work situation at times.
