Warranty Manager: • Review pending daily warranty work schedule • Perform repairs on job sites to include but are not limited to: bracket/ rail replacement for deck, pressure treated wood inspection • Site inspections for future work Fleet Management • Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles • Purchasing vehicles to expand and/ or enhance the fleet • Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed • Recordkeeping • Deliver material as needed Applicant must have general knowledge of residential construction and the ability to complete small repairs. Applicant must be knowledgeable of vehicles and fleet maintenance. Must have valid drivers license, and willingness to obtain DOT physical. Maintenance vehicle and tools provided.
