We are a Organic Farm in Wellington colorado. We are looking for hard working individuals who will help us clean our Organic Pinto Beans. If you work hard and we finish in an efficient and timely manner we will give you a bonus as a thank you for your hard work and commitment!! This is an ESSENTIAL step in the process of growing beans so we take pride in the work you do and need you too as well. We start at 6:00AM or 7:00AM depending on the day and finish anywhere between 4:00PM or 6:00PM. Lunch is at 12:00-12:30. You will be working with a crew who know what they are doing and can show you exactly what to do and provide you with the tools necessary to be successful. We can also offer a place to stay on the property if needed for a small fee. All ethnicities/gender/sexual identity/etc are welcome on our farm. We do not discriminate here. Some crew members speak fluent Spanish and some English. Others speak fluent English and some Spanish.
