Maid VIP is a local referral agency that is looking for experienced, customer-friendly, housekeeping teams that know how to wow clients with their cleanings. We have a majority of our house cleaning clients within the following areas: -Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Newbury Park. We also occasionally clean for clients in the Valley (Woodland Hills/Calabasas) and Oxnard/Ventura/Camarillo/Malibu. Requirements: -Must be able to travel to clean in the areas listed above -Good Communication Skills -Trustworthy with Reliable Transportation -Proper Cleaning Supplies and Equipment -Punctual and Efficient -Paid Professional Cleaning Experience -Must be registered as a house cleaning company Benefits: -Work Independently -Set Your Own Schedule -Only accept jobs that are a great match for you -Build your client base on your own terms -Paid by Job, next day direct deposit via venmo, zelle, etc This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Depending on the type of cleaning you do and how efficient you are, each cleaner makes minimum $22/hour upwards of $30-40/hour. We pay 70% of what we charge to start out and percentage bumps up for positive client reviews. All tips are 100% yours. We pay well because we want the very best.
