I want to put a room above the garage. It's a 2 car garage about 300x400 sq. ft. I would like to make a bonus room above it. I want the room to have a square ceiling and not the shape of the roof. Therefore, the roof will needs to be adjusted. I have the floor plan for your reference. Need this job done ASAP Thanks D
