We are looking to add a member to our team who is thorough, efficient, and enjoys working in a positive environment. This is 40-hour/week position split between two neighboring properties located in the Pearl. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Duties include picking up grounds and cleaning common areas such as laundry rooms, hallways and stairwells. Some light maintenance is required, including but not limited to: painting rooms, using a carpet cleaner, changing light bulbs/smoke detector batteries etc. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, AFLAC supplemental insurance, a flexible spending medical savings account, and a 401k with company match.
