Here's maybe too much information lol: DRUMMER WANTED. Ten Spiders seeks an experienced drummer, inspired and committed to keep growing as a musician. We've got some shows already and are ready to get back to playing at least 1-2 shows a week. We practice once a week, and in the next year, plan to do week-long tours (maybe quarterly). We're not worried about stick tricks (although we're certainly not opposed!). The ideal person is solid and professional (e.g. responsive when asked to play shows, on time with all the equipment you need to play a show or practice, willing to learn tunes on your own and come to practice ready a lot of the time). We can give you direction on songs, and also invite you to express yourself through your own style and approach. We have a serviceable drum kit and practice space! ABOUT TEN SPIDERS: Ten Spiders plays inventive yet familiar original songs. We call our genre Funky Bluesy Roots Rock Fun. Some of the songs are quite intricate, most are relatively straightforward, although prog rock influences tend to make for some odd charts. We play for the mutual health and well being of ourselves and others and believe that live music is an essential service. We are currently a four-piece with two songwriters, although Rossi has written most of the tunes we play: * Rossi lead and backup vocals, songwriting, electric guitar, and banjo * Steve Cahill on backup and lead vocals, songwriting, electric bass, acoustic guitar, sound person, video and audio for livestreams * Amos Hart on the keyboard * ????? on drums (leaving on good terms and two of us are playing in another band with current drummer, just to give you feel for our maturity level and desire for supportive relationships) MORE INFO: More info and lots of music: tenspiders.com WANT TO AUDITION?
