(Referral bonus will be paid out after the new hire completes 90 days of employment). *Full Time only WORK DESCRIPTION: Dry Cleaner Operator Position: Requires operating the dry-cleaning machines and spotting board to clean aircraft seat covers. Inspect, sort, clean, press, bag, and document work on designated forms for inventory. The employee will also be responsible for cleaning machine filters, equipment, and maintaining an inventory of material and supplies. This position may require the employee to pick up & deliver seat covers at remote locations, which may involve loading & unloading pallets and boxes to and from a box truck (liftgate) or cargo van. Cabin Cleaner Position: Requires the employees to clean the cabin of an aircraft after passengers have disembarked. The cleaning can be between flights, for flights that RON (remain overnight), or a deep clean for extended ground time aircraft. Seat Cover Change Position: Requires the employee to remove and replace seat covers from aircraft seats. Seat covers are attached with velcro and will require pressure/force to be used when removing and replacing. Scrub, brush, and wipe leather seat covers with a towel damped with a diluted solution of chemical (based on airline specs) and water, to perform ink wipes and deep cleans on leather seats. Exterior Wash Position: Requires the employees to wet wash or dry wash the outside of an aircraft while working from the ground or an aerial lift. Seat Repair Position: Requires the employee to inspect, maintain, assemble, and repair airport lounge seats throughout the terminal, in the airport passenger waiting-areas, using hand tools, power tools, or other shop equipment. Move furniture, office equipment, and other items and keep an inventory of parts and materials. Supervisor Position: Oversees a designated department/service line and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees within that department. Engage with employees to complete daily tasks for the designated service line. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Complete daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents. (Driver’s license required) Duty Manager Position: Is responsible for successfully managing the functional operations and supervising employee performance. Provide day to day leadership and direction to Leads and Supervisors by preparing work schedules, monitoring work performance, coach/train new employees, delegate responsibility, enforce safety rules and deliver consistent, safe, reliable operations and service. The Duty Manager also manages the inventory of supplies and maintenance of equipment, investigates problems, develops solutions, and reports directly to the General Manager. (Driver’s license required) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Must be at least 18 years of age. The ability to communicate effectively in English with written and oral skill. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain an airport security clearance. Prefer applicants with a VALID Driver's License for at least 1 full year with a clean driving record. (License cannot have any restrictions).
