Erosion control crew leader and Crew Members

We are looking to add a full crew to our construction site service business, which includes 3 new positions. We leave from Colleyville every morning M-F in company trucks and return there each afternoon. 1. Crew Leader- need 1 crew Leader A. Needs to be very reliable, punctual, needs to be knowledgeable on erosion control measures, their installation, maintenance and removal, as well as other carious construction site services. B. Needs to have a clean driving record, be insurable and able to drive a 1 ton dually, pull trailers and safely load/tie down/unload varied equipment and safely tie down material going to job. Trucks are 2018 and newer. C. Needs to be very adept with equipment operation and able to run skid loaders and various attachments. Machines are 2017 and newer and have A/C and heat. D. Needs to be able to manage work load and men effectively and efficiently. Hours- 7am- 5 or so. Overtime paid per law at 1.5 x hourly wage Compensation- $20-24/hr depending on you. Paid every Friday. 2. Crew Member- need 2 at this position. A. Needs to be very reliable, punctual and have transportation to/from work. B. Knowledge of erosion control measures, their installation, maintenance and removal, as well as other carious construction site services a plus. C. Knowledge/ability to operate various equipment and able to run skid loaders and various attachments a plus. D. Works well with others. Hours- 7am- 5 or so. Overtime paid per law at 1.5 x hourly wage Compensation- $13-16/hr depending on you. Paid every Friday Looking for you to start immediately. On the job interview.
