A few weeks ago, I had to surrender my dog to a local shelter. He is still there. I miss him terribly and want him back but they won't let me redeeem him. I will pay $100 for someome to go to this shelter and "adopt" him then meet me and give him back to me. I"ll also give you the adoption fee in cash to pay. In other words, I need an undercover agent.
