Handy-man wanted to do some carpentry repairs and miscellaneous maintenance tasks around the house I have lived in for many years. This may be 2-3 days of work. You must be an experienced handyman, jack of many trades, and willing to take detailed instructions from me, an experienced mechanical person myself. Will be helpful if you are a local person.
