Cleaning up a city lot

Don't waste my time if you're looking for stupid money, I'm not going to pay you over or close to $500 LOL you get no work then, this must be reasonable I want to clean a little village lot. there's a bunch of rocks from the broken up sidewalk just general garbage, overgrown bushes. Preference given to people who can take it with them and dispose of it wherever. In the pictures I want to keep the Green the Red are garbage
