Hey guys and gals, I'm looking for a few local roofers and laborers for a new residential roof project that starts this week. Its a 15 square roof. We are installing new architectural laminate shingles. If you don't have experience or tools, that is okay, but please be willing to work hard and take direction. Please be comfortable on a roof, and attention to detail is an important. If you are experienced with roofing, please be able to take direction. We install the products to the manufacture specifications which may differ from what you've been taught. Safety and teamwork is important and while this is a short term gig, there are full time positions for the right people. Please be clean, punctual and reliable. Pay is cash, when the project is finished. It should be a two day job, maybe three. I pay cash bonuses for good team work and meeting deadlines. I provide lunch, and a cooler full of beverages.
