I am looking for guys that have pickup trucks or vans with the ladder rack I'm looking for 22 guys work is until snowfall pay is weekly every Friday you will make $100 per house I have guys doing 18 houses a week Monday through Friday projects normally last between 2 to 3 hours What you will be doing is installing filters and to gutters it acts as a gutter guard to keep it clean and protected Training starts this week referrals are$250 as long as they stay 15 days Great for roofers it's a crew of one but we can talk about prices if it's 2 or more guys per project. Tool requirements. Stand offs. Ladders 32 and 24 and little giant Impact drill 5’ extension ¼ chuck Caulking Gun Tinsnips Angle grinder or saw. 5-gallon buckets or garbage bags basic hand tools as well as Pencils.
