Cat needs a farm

Last year I took in a cat from a friend. The cat used to be an outdoor cat. He's been spayed, all shots up to date, and all in all very healthy (just fat). He's not happy in my apartment and is destroying screens to get outside. I'd like to find a farm situation for him where he has at least a barn to stay in and is watched over with available food and water - but can be outside to do what cats do - hunt. I live in the Cleveland area - but will gladly bring him to you if the situation is right for him.
