Need a Jack of all, master of none handyman. General knowledge, common sense and reliability is a must. Own vehicle(preferably a truck or van). A good amount of tools also needed. Have rental properties, mostly on north side of Columbus. Will work alone primarily, with help as needed. Need to perform work orders and punchouts. Need 1 full time or 2 part time.
