I had my brother do a roofing repair to a front bedroom leak and even though he added new rubber roofing to the entire area it's still leaking. I'm looking for some estimates. In the 3rd pic with the yellow circle is the master bedroom area and the other 2 pics show the new rubber is covering the entire area.
