Seeking Versatile Jazz/Prog Bassist

Seeking a patient, open-minded bassist who is familiar with and enjoys a variety of styles. Chiefly among the band influences are jazz, electro, minimalism, and metal. You should feel as comfortable playing three notes for extended periods as you do improvising around a lead sheet. You will need to be able to play and read music in odd time signatures. A set of scores will be provided as a guide. This will be welcome news to the right player. Your style will be part of the contribution but most of the parts are written out already. Bonus points for playing an electric 5 string with low B like a responsible adult, or for playing an upright and actually liking the DI sound, or for using pedals with an upright/DI rig.
