Our construction laborer's primary role is to help prepare each new house for the various steps of the homebuilding process. This individual will assist the jobsite superintendent with cleaning the site, organizing materials and executing miscellaneous jobs on site. We need this candidate to be willing to take on a variety of different tasks everyday. Good communication skills are key in this position. Compensation is based on experience. The perfect candidate for this role has some light carpentry experience. Sal Paone, Builder is a local, family owned and operated development and construction company based in Spring House, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The majority of our communities are near the Mid-County and Fort Washington Interchanges of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Requirements: Candidates should have their own transportation and be willing to lift 50+ lbs.
