Found off leash dog at corner of Evans and Wolcott. 8:30 am. Small black dog with collar and tags but no home phone number. Do not want animal control to take dog to the pound! Wanted to save dog from getting hit by a car! Call or text Dog is safe and in air conditioning on this hot day!
