Local property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that has a talent for keeping customers happy and getting the job done right the first time. Position Summary: • General apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and apartment turns. • The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance. • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly. • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • HVAC experience a plus.
