Position Summary: • Housekeeping duties to assist in upkeep of an apartment community. • The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance. • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly. • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
