Handyman with carpentry skills

Need someone skilled at carpentry to remove in-wall AC/Heating unit from my upstairs bedroom and install it in house next door (my property). Will need to replace exterior wood (oak) and wallboard on my house and create opening for unit at second house. Also a couple of small wallboard replacement jobs in second house. Bid by job preferred.
