MULTI-SKILLED CRAFTSMEN NEEDED

Contractor looking to bring on more subs. Ideal candidates will be MULTI-skilled. We have ongoing projects in multi-family and residential with several projects ready to start ASAP and more jobs coming in daily. Skills needed are: Drywall (including patches, texture matching and full drywall jobs) Tile (including flooring, tub surrounds, back splash, etc.) Trim Carpentry (including, hanging doors, running base and casing, widow sills etc.) Light Electrical Light Plumbing Painting Cabinet Installations Hardware Installations Siding Fascia/Soffit Masonry Repairs Stucco Repairs Punchlists We ask that you be honest with what your skillset is. It is not necessary that you be a master of all trades. The more trades you know, the busier we can keep you but if you know ONE of the above trades, we can work with you. Individuals preferred but if you are a two to three man crew we can work with you also. We are TURNING JOBS DOWN due to the number of calls we are getting that we just cannot handle with our current personnel. We are seeking well-rounded, trustworthy, workers. We pay very fairly for excellent work completed. We do not pay "daily rates" of $175. Have you acquired years of experience in multiple trades to take a daily rate of just $175?? We think that you are worth much more than that. We have two man crews (one multiskilled with a much less skilled helper) that are making well over $2,000 per week consistently. Qualifications Must have tools, transportation and be able to work legally in the U.S. Must be able to travel to different locations in the DFW Metroplex to complete different projects. Must be flexible! Because we do a lot of multi-family, plans can change in an instant. We work hard to accommodate our customers and provide excellent service. Must be punctual. Must be available Monday through Friday. Weekend work is available if you want to earn more. Compensation Pay is weekly. We do not offer cash daily. Contractors that offer cash daily pay much less than we pay. Payday is every Friday. Payment is issued by check - no cash. There is a one week delay on pay. You are paid Friday for the work that you complete the previous week.
