I am looking for two dependable Ladies to help with cleaning, Organization, packing and unpacking. I need ladies to be experienced in residential cleaning the rest I would be happy to train most of my business is in Denton, dallas and Collin county but you are welcome to come with me so you can save on gas but if you drive more then 45 minutes I will compensate you for gas. If not you are welcome to come with me and meet me in Richardson. I expect you to be professional all jobs please don’t complain about customers home condition where they can hear you this is unprofessional and rude we are there to help no insult them in their home especially in their residence. I lost a potential long term customer recently because of lady doing this. If a house is going to be in bad condition it is more the likely we they have health problems and seriously need our services. I provide gloves and mask. I don’t expect you to do anything I would not do myself I am humble I clean toilets too so I’m looking for lady that is ok with deep.standard and move out cleans. I am here to teach you how to be the best cleaner you can be because residential customers are very picky so that is why a lot of people do not like doing residential but I am here to help you and if you ever have a question do not be afraid to ask me no question is a stupid question and if I have to show you how to do cleaning I have no problem doing that as long as you are willing to try my way because my way will work until you find your own groove. Candidates must be available during business hours of 9:30 am to 8:30 pm we don’t work that schedule everyday but sometimes we do get home late because we are a busy company. This job starts part time and can lead to full time depending on how well you do and what you are looking for. I want you to come to work thinking if you were our paying customer what would you want and take pride in your quality of work.
