Looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multi-family rental community in the Mason OH area. Joining the team comes with competitive pay & comprehensive benefit package including: Paid Time Off, and Medical, dental, and vision insurance Maintenance Technicians are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property. Responsibilities include: - Complete Resident service requests and other community maintenance - Maintaining community appearance at or above quality standards, including picking up trash on an ongoing basis and during winter months aid in snow and salt removal of sidewalks - Prepare vacant apartments for move in - Follows through on direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments - Make all General Maintenance, Appliance, Plumbing, and HVAC repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment - Monitor and assist subcontractors, vendors and suppliers as needed. - Participate in a rotating on-call, emergency and after hour schedule with other maintenance staff - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and comply with local and federal laws (including employment information, OSHA information,etc) Minimum Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of General Maintenance, Plumbing and HVAC experience - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations - Great customer relations with residents and staff - Have own transportation and hand tools - Pass a background check
