We are an established and growing company located in West Des Moines, IA, seeking an experienced customer service representative/driver/laborer. Our primary customers are insurance adjusters and contractors. We are looking for a qualified candidate to be able to work Monday through Friday 8-5 and be on call every other weekend after training. Requirements: • Possess a valid Driver’s License, with no driving restrictions • Flexibility in your environment and your schedule • Dependable and trustworthy • Work in a team environment, or independently if needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to show a high degree of empathy and customer service • Packing out the textile and electronic items of a home after a loss has occurred; ability of lifting up to 25 lbs. • Delivery of items back to the homeowner after completion • Detail oriented with the ability to accurate complete the necessary paperwork, reading a map, following direction, and navigating with in the geographical territory • Assist in the plant production and warehouse when not in the field • Instill care and concern during stressful and emotional situations • Show compassion and empathy to the homeowners • Promptly solve homeowner or clients needs • Other Duties as assigned Please send your resume and we will get you and interview scheduled.
