NPG Security Services is a leading security company in the Chicagoland area and is currently looking to hire an experienced Site Supervisor for our location in Elgin, IL. The Site Supervisor will be responsible to ensure that all officers are performing all security aspects at this facility. This includes but not limited to doing routine patrols both inside and out, monitoring the employee entrance and viewing CCTV. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with our experienced management team. The ideal candidate must be able to make decisions, follow directions, and give instructions. Shift Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm Responsibilities and Requirements: • Provide a welcoming environment • Respond to emergency situations • Must have 1 year of supervisory experience with a security company • Valid PERC Card and State of Illinois 20/Hour Training • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English • Professional appearance Pay: $15.50 per hour Please email your full name and phone number and we will call you ASAP.
