Brella Productions is seeking a full time Cleaning, Maintenance and Hospitality Technician to join our HQ team. This position is for our offices in Evanston, IL. All qualified candidates will be required to complete a criminal background screening prior to an offer of employment. Job Duties o Clean assigned indoor and outdoor spaces and furniture and keep in orderly condition. o Sanitizing high traffic areas as needed o Keep Brella Green!  Help to purchase green products, encourage recycling, composting and reuse o Purchase and manage cleaning and restroom supplies o Purchase and stock hospitality supplies o Purchase, stock and deliver basic office supplies as needed o Setup and breakdown food and supplies for company meetings and events o Keep employee kitchens supplied and tidy and load/unload dishwashers o Exterior and patio building cleaning and maintenance as needed.  May include trash pickup, plant watering, snow sweeping, snow salting. May also include light plant maintenance as needed between landscape company visits. o Periodic deep office cleaning which may include window washing, deep carpet and floor cleaning, movement of furniture (with assistance) for cleaning/dusting of hard to reach areas, interior cabinet cleaning etc. o Run errands in company vehicles as needed o Deliver mail and packages to employees and clients as needed o Perform basic maintenance such as drain cleaning, water and air filter changes, paint touch ups etc. o Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements • 3+ years of housekeeping, janitorial or custodial experience • Ability to follow routine multi-step instructions. • Clear verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions. • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work. • Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions. • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, balance, grasp, and push for extended periods of time. • Regularly lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds; heavier lifting of up to 50lbs occasionally required. • Driver's license required.
