Looking for exterior painting sub contractor

Just like the title says I'm looking for exterior painting subcontractors. This means you have all ladders including a 32ft, would be great if you had a 40 ft aswell. You have ALL YOUR OWN TOOLS including a pump and pressure washer. I'm wanting to hire a company not an individual person!!!! The first project I need help on is a townhome out in Seattle, I have $5,000 I can sub this out for I will pay for all paint. I do really need this job started right away if possible. All pressure washing is done! I'm all about building relationships and would love to find a good solid subcontractor that I can rely on.
