Homemade dog house never used

I have a dog house I made for our dog that was previously rehomed. He never liked it therefore it was never used. It has been sitting outside for several years since. Made of tongue and groove thinner boards on exterior with a shake roof. Roof is removable for easy cleaning. Also has back wheels for moving around the yard. Walls are insulated with Styrofoam insulation, but not the roof. Finished with Arborcoat natural. See photos. Size: outside 31" wide x 33" deep x 22" high min, 29 1/2" high max Inside 25" x 28" entrance hole: 10 1/2" wide x 13" high
