If you have a cell phone AND have tv/pc, do you have a landline/VOIP

Hola: I'm confused about having a cell phone AND continuing to use a desk top and landline/VOIP for the I'net. I have been researching cell phones and picked out what I want, which I'll purchase last quarter 2021. Right now, I need to keep my VOIP (my pkg. is just VOIP and I'net, no TV), until I purchase a TV in first quarter 2022. Then I will be able to integrate the cell phone and TV, while using my desk top to access the I'net (vision problems keep me dependent on the large monitor). Any personal experiences you can share, I'd appreciate hearing. Cuidate, CL
