We are a Regional Property Preservation company serving the Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas. We specialize in providing REO and Foreclosure field services for large banks, asset management companies, and local Real Estate Agents and Investors. We are looking for RELIABLE mowing crews that are willing to maintain about a few dozen yards on a biweekly basis throughout the metro area. Currently, our workload is extremely high so we are looking to fill positions TODAY! We provide you the work all you need are the necessary tools. Tools Required: Truck Trailer Commercial Mowing Equipment Digital Camera Smart Phone GPS A Laptop or Computer High-Speed Internet **All contractors must carry General Liability Insurance. **All contractors must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check. The work involves visiting foreclosed properties, mowing the yard and taking before during and after photos of your work.
