Auto Mechanic - Carburetor set-up

I am looking for someone to come to my house and set-up the carb on my '68 Ford. The problem is beyond my expertise. The info is listed below, 1968 Ford 289 C.I 4 bbl Holley 1850-4 The car will idle very rough but put it in gear and it stalls right out. I have tried setting the accelerator pump, but the problem is still there. It is real possible, it's still the accelerator pump. But, I'm out of ideas. If you have the tools and knowledge, respond to this post and tell me how much you want for your time to get the problem corrected so we can take the car for a ride and test it out.
