(Referral bonus will be paid out after the new hire completes 90 days of employment). *Full Time only WORK DESCRIPTION: Cabin Cleaner Position: Requires the employees to clean the cabin of an aircraft after passengers have disembarked. The cleaning can be between flights, for flights that RON (remain overnight), or a deep clean for extended ground time aircraft. Exterior Wash Position: Requires the employees to wet wash or dry wash the outside of an aircraft while working from the ground or an aerial lift. Supervisor Position: Oversees a designated department/service line and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees within that department. Engage with employees to complete daily tasks for the designated service line. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Complete daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents. (Driver’s license required) Administrative Assistant Position: Requires providing administrative support to the management team and auxiliary departments, take direction from management and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work, minor administrative and business details. Schedule appointments, give information to callers, assist management with recruiting, order supplies for the facility, and run errands as required. Liaise between employees and other departments, assist employees with payroll, HR, and other inquiries. Enforce company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records of attendance, disciplinary actions, and training records. Duty Manager Position: Is responsible for successfully managing the functional operations and supervising employee performance. Provide day to day leadership and direction to Leads and Supervisors by preparing work schedules, monitoring work performance, coach/train new employees, delegate responsibility, enforce safety rules and deliver consistent, safe, reliable operations and service. The Duty Manager also manages the inventory of supplies and maintenance of equipment, investigates problems, develops solutions, and reports directly to the General Manager. (Driver’s license required) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Must be at least 18 years of age. The ability to communicate effectively in English with written and oral skill. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain an airport security clearance. Prefer applicants with a VALID Driver's License for at least 1 full year with a clean driving record. (License cannot have any restrictions).
