Far south of NY here, have heard that ppl are traveling to Canada via walking over to Niagara Falls. Does anyone have knowledge about this? I know someone desperate to see his fiancée and we’re just trying to give him some hope. Should he head to Buffalo? Are there positives/negatives? Thanks in advance!
