Hiring IMMEDIATE position for EXPERIENCED FINISH CARPENTERS /TRADESMEN compensation: $25-$40 an hour, depending on experience employment type: employee's choice PONO Home Repair Specialists, a fast-growing, small business focusing on general contracting, remodels, located on the East-side of Kauai. We are seeking EXPERIENCED professional tradesman. Full-time / Part-time position with a probationary 2-week period beginning at $25-$35 an hour, depending on experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must be exceedingly comfortable with more than one of these categories: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, and painting. This skillset is used on a regular basis and is ESSENTIAL. • Must be professional, dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and generally conscientious. • Must have a reliable, personal cell phone (and charger) for work-related calls when on-site. • Ability to drive a work truck. • Valid driver’s license and decent driving record. • Must be capable of working comfortably both independently and in team-settings. • Must be EXCEPTIONALLY professional when interacting with clients and when conducting yourself in their presence. PREFERRED: • Dependable personal vehicle that allows for transporting large work materials. • Ownership of basic tools.
