Join the Tulsa Police Department's Community Engagement Unit along with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Officer to learn 5 basic techniques for self-defense. In this class you will learn situational awareness, elbow strikes, knee strikes, escapes and takedowns. This class is fun and hands on. The environment is extremely relaxed and informative.
