Great for all levels. July 6th - Y6 101 The perfect class if you're brand new to yoga, or looking to ease back into your practice. Great for all levels. July 20th - Y6 Restore The ultimate recovery class. Slow down, stay low to the ground, and open up the major muscle groups of the body. Great for all levels. August 3rd - Y6 Power Build strength, focus & flexibility in this uplifting vinyasa class. This workout will take you through a full body and mind experience, leaving you with energy & empowerment. Great for all levels. August 17th - Y6 101 The perfect class if you're brand new to yoga, or looking to ease back into your practice. Great for all levels.
