Celebrating Dennis' 46th Birthday! Private Tables • DJ • Photo Booth • Live Band • Music & Art Performances Come dressed to impress in your sky blue attire and enjoy an evening of elegance and fun. This French inspired outdoor dinner party is all about music, food and good vibes. Grab your significant other and or group of friends; and make this a summer you will never want to forget at Le Dîner en Bleu!This private event will be held in a secret location in Camp Springs, MD. Table purchases are required for entry. This invitation entitles you to purchase a ticket for a table of up to eight guests. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis until the event is sold out. DRESS CODE: The dress code is Sky Blue (no exceptions). Dress to impress. Be creative as you like and add fascinators, hats and masks! Upscale cocktail attire is strongly encouraged but not required. MUST BE 21+ to participate. This event is for the grown and sexy.PLEASE NOTE: This event is expected to follow CDC Guidelines with social distancing and face masks if and when necessary. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19, you'll be refunded. EVENT BOOKING By purchasing a ticket, you and your guests are entitled to entry with a private dinner table at Le Dîner en Bleu. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. Participation Fees: Participation fees are $25 per person and must be purchased by the table. At check out, you will have the option of purchasing either a table for four (total of $100) or a table for eight (total of $200). This fee includes a table, a linen tablecloth and 4-8 chairs depending on the size table you've purchased. Food, drinks and tabletop decor are not included. You will be responsible for bringing all items needed to create an exclusive dining experience.Purchase Policy: No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final -- There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges and no transfers after the order has been made.Table Assignments: Before completing your ticket purchase, please view the table seating chart below and choose your assigned table when placing your order. It is important that your guest ARRIVE ON TIME because guests will not be seated until the full party is present. Table Decor: We take some of the hauling off of your plate. No need to bring tables and chairs because we have that covered. You will only need to bring your table decor, eating utensils, plates, glasses, flowers, candles, etc. Everything should be sky blue. You will also need garbage bags to take all of your trash with you at the end of the event. Pack light and use a pulley to transport your items. Anything that you bring to transport your items must be able to fit underneath your table.Food & Drinks: Food and drinks are not included with your table purchase. You are responsible for providing your own food and drinks. For you convenience food and drinks can be purchased from nearby restaurant Via Roma. It is important that you and your guests ARRIVE ON TIME (at 5:00pm) to the destination point. As your guests start to arrive, please make sure they check in with your Table Leader. Your Table Leader is the person responsible for keeping your group organized.You will receive directions to the secret event location shortly after you arrive to the destination point. The secret location will be within walking distance.Parking: Free parking is available. When arriving at destination point, make a left in the "WMATA entrance" of the parking lot. ADDITIONAL INFO No alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, are permitted.ARRIVING ON EVENT DAY 1. Be sure to ARRIVE ON TIME! Remember that you will not receive directions to the secret location until you have arrived at the destination point. The event host will not be able to wait around for late guests becase they will lead everyone else to the secret location.2. Assign a TABLE LEADER. This is the person responsible for keep your group organized and informed. 3. Create a GUEST LIST! Make sure your Table Leader has a list of everyone that will be seated at your table. It's important that your group ARRIVE ON TIME and stay together as you commute to the secret location. Remember that guests will not be seated until the full party is present. 4. Once you have arrived to the secret location for Le Dîner en Bleu, quickly set up your table decor. Then, get ready to eat, drink and party!THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE!
