TSP Lawns and Landscapes, Inc. is a locally owned and operated Landscape and hardscape company established since 1996. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self- starter who is capable of working independently with little to no supervision, as well as cooperating with management on both commercial and residential estimates. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Responsibilities and Duties •Must be able to work independently and able to meet deadlines. •Perform all aspects of the Estimating process including, but not limited to: measuring properties for field estimates, pre-site inspections, drawing plans for landscaping or maintenance services, and preparing estimates. •Input estimate data into company system. •Must be able to read and understand landscaping and hardscaping plans, knowledge of grading laser preferred. •Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with leads, clients, and vendors, creating a professional rapport. •Must be able to follow up on proposals and assist with job tracking, as well as other duties assigned by Management. •Must have strong problem-solving capability. •Valid Drivers license is a necessity as you will drive to various locations. •A clean record, background check will be performed. •Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
