some outlets dont work in my house, i have changed the outlets plus i check the breaker. everything seems to be fine on that end. might be burned wiring, need some one to come diagnose the issue and fix it, tester said its a open negative,i also need two light fixtures change,please get back to me, if you are able to fix issue
