Free Tours of John Alexander Steele's "Chicago/Washington" exhibition at the Fred Schnider Gallery John Steele, a mid-century Art Institute of Chicago prize-winning graduate who became the premier art restorer in DC for decades (clients from National Gallery to Andy Warhol). John never stopped painting and now his work is finally on exhibit at the Fred Schnider Gallery. Informed and inpsired by those around him, John explored a multitude of tenchiques and his exhibition at the Fred Schnider Gallery shows off this versatility.
