The University of Maryland Extension invites you to a lunch and learn session on canning fruits, jams, and jellies. Make sure to bring your lunchbox and enthusiasm to learn this highly interactive session.
The workshop will provide scientific background on food handling, canning process, and storage practices to create mouthwatering as well as safe canned products. The workshop will also include demonstrations of the canning practice.
Hurry up and get your tickets. Only the first 15 people can join the sessions. Bring your friends, family, and colleagues too.
