CMAC Services Inc is looking to expand our lawn maintenance crew for 2021. *Position Overview: * The crew leader position is an experienced person that oversees projects and personnel. You will be working on individual projects from a labor aspect as well as a manager. The crew leader must be able to operate a variety of equipment and has a working knowledge of Hardscaping and Masonry practices, and Landscaping. And full knowledge of all equipment. *Desired Candidates: * Are Self-Motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Are dependable, hard-working, reliable team players. Are able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful attitude with co-workers, clients, and vendors. Must communicate well with and lead people regarding progress of tasks. Adhere to company policies, industry standards and safety guidelines. Assist in keeping the job site, facilities, and trucks clean and safe. *Skills Required: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required. It is important to be able to handle multiple tasks. Work with sales team in planning and organizing jobs. Knowledge of industry standard practices for Hardscape Installation. Knowledge of general use tools/equipment in proper/safe manner. Operate powered equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, and all small tools used in the Hardscape Industry Maintain a valid Drivers License and clean record. Benefits and Bonus!!
