Job Responsibilities -Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management. -Use forklifts and man baskets to construct and breakdown structures. -Possess proficiency in the operation of all-terrain scissor lifts, forklifts and man baskets. -Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, Including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and unloading and carrying materials or supplies. -Build, repair, and maintain walls, doors, and framework. -Follow all safety procedures on the job site. -Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis. -Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. -Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management. Job Skills & Qualifications -Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills -Able to work with a team or independently -Certified Welder (Preferred but not required) -Structural Steel Experience (Preferred but not required) -Construction Experience- 1 year required -Comfortable in elevated positions -Ability to tolerate noise and work in multiple weather conditions -Ability to lift 50-100 pounds -Ability to work 10-12 hour days -Open to travel 90% of the time Required -Valid driver's license -High School Diploma or GED -One or more years of experience in construction -Ability to travel 90% -Ability to lift heavy equipment -Excellent stamina We look forward to speaking to you further, we are looking to hire urgently, so apply today if interested!
