Beyond Body Talk provides further discussion of the development of the body appropriate for teens.   Beyond Body Talk provides further discussion of the development of the body appropriate for teens. Topics covered in this course include body composition changes, development of male and female characteristics, the reproductive system and consequences of risky behavior. A review of the major events of puberty will also be provided in the beginning of the class. Participants will learn about making good decisions, morals, values and setting personal goals.  This class will be offered both virtually and in person. If attending in person, the class will be at the Woman's Foundation Classroom (4630 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. Bldg. A.) If you go through the main sliding doors, we are the first double doors to the right. A parent/guardian must be present with their child at all times during the program. To attend virtually, an email with the link to the meeting will be sent the morning of the event. A parent/guardian must be present with their child at all times during the program. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be within made within 48 hours to receive a refund or reschedule. Registrants will forfeit refund if registration is not cancelled within 48 hours. Registrants can re-schedule a class one time. If registrant fails to attend the rescheduled classes, he/she will not be able to reschedule, and funds are forfeited. This class is $30/family, meaning you only need one ticket for yourself and your child.  The mission of Woman’s Foundation is to promote the total health and well-being of women and their families. All of the classes offered by Woman’s Foundation are available during select times throughout the year at the Woman’s Foundation Classroom located at 4630 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Building A, Suite 100. Classes are also available upon request, minimum attendance requirements apply.
